of any chimney flue. For safety reasons (fire safety and structural safety), it
is important that a chimney be in good repair. Before finalizing your
contract I advise you to hire a chimney specialist or chimney sweep to clean
and thoroughly inspect the flues. During the cleaning the chimney specialist
will be able to determine more accurately if any parts of the chimney need
repair. |

boiler, stove and fireplace manufacturers recommend AGAINST using an unlined

heating contractor for an evaluation. |
